Founded in 2000, Yantai Chengfeng Machinery has dedicated over two decades to the agricultural machinery field, evolving into a comprehensive enterprise integrating research and production. The company highlighted star products like its tracked remote-controlled mower, specifically engineered for orchard terrain. Featuring an internal steel frame with steel cables and external engineering rubber tracks, it operates without slipping on 15-degree slopes. Its automatic parking brake function eliminates safety hazards associated with traditional equipment on inclines. Its compact 1-meter-wide body enables agile maneuvering within 1.5-meter narrow tree rows, effectively preventing trunk collisions.
A highlight at the booth was the live demonstration of Longxin's hybrid oil-electric power system. This self-generating system delivers 4 hours of continuous operation without power degradation, achieving 5 times the efficiency of conventional models. According to staff, this mower has obtained international certifications including EU CE and US EPA. With 60% of production exported to Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea, agricultural enterprises in Shandong and Jiangsu have reduced mowing costs per mu from 300 yuan to 80 yuan, achieving significant economic benefits.
As a nationally certified agricultural machinery promotion enterprise, Yantai Chengfeng Machinery leveraged its industry-academia-research collaboration with universities and its production capacity of tens of thousands of units to secure cooperation agreements with multiple agricultural cooperatives and distributors at the event.
